- Provides parent/caregiver support to parents/caregivers of children with special needs through a one-to-one connection with another parent/caregiver who has a similar experience and who knows firsthand about the feelings and realities that come with having a child with special needs - Support Parent Trainings are offered periodically throughout the state for parents/caregivers raising children with special needs who feel they are ready to become a support parent
