• Great Lakes Talking Books provides audio books on cartridges, Talking Book machines, headphones, and downloadable books, magazines and Braille books for blind and physically handicapped persons. GLTB is an Advisory and Outreach Center (AOC)for the Braille and Talking Book Library in Lansing, MI, which is a Regional Library for the National Library Service. The Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD)can be used to download audio books on Android, iOS, and Amazon Kindle Fire devices.
