• Serves an administrative function with regard to coordinating blind/visually impaired library services provided in local public libraries on Price Edward Island. Has collection of large-print and recorded materials shared among branch libraries. Provincial library has own small collection of alternate-format materials, with other titles supplied by the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
