The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services mission is to foster an environment which; promotes security, dignity and independence, while providing the right care at the right time in a place called home.

Services Offered

• Information and Referral
• Provides information on aging services and programs. Provides referrals to Area Agencies on Aging and information on local aging services.


• In-Home Services
• Offers program that may provide in-home services to those over age 60. Financial and functional eligibility may apply.


• Housing Services
• Offers CARE assessment for appropriate nursing home placement.
